After a series of obstacles – PCOS, meningitis, a rare liver virus, cancer and being hit by taxi – I learned that every illness has a multitude of cures and remedies, lots of which are not available in hospitals and doctors’ offices. I spent years reading medical books and talking to doctors, acupuncturists, hypnotists, homeopaths, naturopaths, psychics and energy healers. As a single mother, I didn’t have time to be sick, so I studied which foods and processes could help my organs and muscles and skin recover and thrive, despite my stress levels. I healed myself, over and over again. And I realized that anyone could do it given the right time and support.

I also studied Green Medicine with naturopath and homeopath Peeka Trenkle, Polarity with Ellen Kruger of Soma-Psyche Institute and Craniosacral Therapy with Gary Strauss of the Life-Energy Institute and Roger Gilchrist, Medicinal Oils with David and Sarah Crow, Chinese Medicinal Herbs and Healing Foods with Drew Divittorio and Reiki and Reconnective Healing with Tina Zion and Peter Goldbeck. I studied hypnosis with Trudy Beers and Tarot with Terri Iacuzzo. In between, I studied Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction meditation and got certified as a facilitator. I studied Medical Intuition with Tina Zion, Laura Klamm and Wendi Colter. I learned about ORMUS and grew my own spiritual practice as a sufi in the Nur Ashki Jerrahi Order. I even wrote a book about it.

I recently became certified in the Emotion Code and the more comprehensive Body Code as an addition to my distance healing practice.

After a near death experience, my intuition woke up again. People’s bodies started speaking to me, sometimes in sentences, sometimes in sensations, before they ever said a word to me. If someone was especially agitated, I could hear the conversations in their minds. If I closed my eyes, I saw pictures and stories about their injuries and pain. And every visionary I spoke to told me one thing: “You are meant to be a healer.”

I said, “That’s cute.” I had 3 kids in private school, a mortgage, car payments… But as Spirit or the Universe decides for us, I was forced to put my advertising and branding company on the back burner and take a new path.

I am now a Professional Medical Intuitive through NOMI, the National Organization of Medical Intuition.
