Medical Intuition Session
A one-hour session during which I “read” your body, discuss what is coming up and what you might not have considered. We discuss supplements and dietary shifts that might address your health concerns. I help uncover the inception point of the symptoms and suggest directions to explore with your healthcare provider.

Emotion & Body Code
A 45-minute session of releasing emotional and traumatic blocks and asking your body to detox from toxins and pathogens. This allows the body to heal itself from a multitude of symptoms, whether they are physical discomforts or mental or emotional ones. Immediately afterwards, one feels lighter, calmer and often more joyful. Depending on how deeply we work, the detox and reconstruction can feel heavy for the 3 days following the session. For emotional or life shifting, the change is subtle but strong and most often recognized in retrospect.
$250 for the first virtual session, $200.00 - subsequent sessions, via phone, email or zoom

Reiki/Chakra Balancing/Removing Entities or Clearing Negative Energies
A 30-45-minute session during which I connect into your energy field, help clear blocks, identify cords and correct imbalances. This can often reduce the sensation of pain and speed healing.

Hypnotherapy/Past Life Regression
A 1.5 hour session that can be done in two parts. First, we spend 30 minutes to clarify the issue to resolve or the past life to explore. Then, I lead you through a hypnosis for 45 minutes to 1 hour. We record the hypnosis for you to listen to as you fall asleep (to reinforce the subliminal messaging). Afterwards, we discuss what we discovered together.

A one-hour session where I move into your field and address your gifts and challenges, the people and situations around you and envision a future where you have more agency and self-awareness. This may include exploring Akashic records, past lives, mediumship and tarot, depending on our assessment.

Health or Cancer Coaching
A series of six weekly sessions to help you through your health issues or cancer challenges. I give you information about natural and Chinese medicine, nutrition, the latest health advances and intuitive counseling through your own personal journey to vitality. We work on releasing the emotional and energetic blocks and trauma that may be part of your illness. These sessions are 1-2 hours long and include a detailed health history as well as guided meditations, reiki or spirit healing.

Energy bodywork at Thrive Wellness in Marina del Rey
IRL (in real life) bodywork to release physical and emotional blocks. You are, fully dressed, on a massage table. I do a combination of polarity therapy, craniosacral therapy, reiki and spirit guide work for 45 minutes. You feel like you had a spiritual massage. Afterwards, we speak about what came up for me and what you experienced in the session, anywhere from 15-30 minutes. We discuss supplements, nutrition, mediumship and intuitive guidance for a stronger, more fulfilling future.

Energy work/Body work at home
A single session in your garden or home. As in the previous description, you are, fully dressed, on a massage table that I bring with me. I do a combination of polarity therapy, craniosacral therapy, reiki and spirit guide work for 45 minutes. You feel like you had a spiritual massage. Afterwards, we speak about what came up for me and what you experienced in the session, usually 30-45 minutes. We discuss supplements, nutrition, mediumship and intuitive guidance for a stronger, more fulfilling future. I send a follow-up email with information and links about what we discussed. Please plan in advance to discuss your details and location as I travel frequently.

Meditation at home or office
A group or private meditation in your garden or home - or a zoom session with friends and colleagues. I can lead a new moon or full moon ceremony for you and your friends or family. I can also simply lead a mindfulness based meditation as part of a group exercise with colleagues to improve concentration, flow, focus and workspace harmony. Regular meditation has been shown to improve productivity, reduce illness and increase positive and effective communication in the work place. I can facilitate meditations regularly or when required.
